Anything that you love. So many people try to make them Mexican Potato Skins by adding salsa, guacamole, etc.
CAN AIR FRYER LOADED POTATO SKINS BE MADE AHEAD OF TIME
Since it takes minutes to make these, I usually air fry the baked potatoes in the morning and then prepare them in the air fryer, just as I am ready to serve them since they are best served with the melted cheese on them.
Suppose you want to make a batch to Freeze Instead of Buying the Frozen TGIF Frozen Potato Skins. Scoop out the middle of the potato, and then place the potato skin on a baking sheet. Pop the baking sheet into the freezer until the potato skins are frozen solid, remove the baking sheet, and place the frozen potato shell into a Ziploc Bag.
To use frozen, place them into the air fryer and cook halfway, then add the cheese and bacon.
