What Is A Fruit Tart?
Fruit tarts are a delicious pastry. They can be made from scratch or bought at the store. The crust is typically buttery and flaky, while the filling is sweet and juicy. The fruit inside your tart may vary depending on the season, but there’s always a delicate balance of sweetness to tartness that will leave you craving more!

FAQ’s:
What Other Types of Filling Can I Use In My Fruit Tart?
Today, we used a very simple Cheesecake Instant Pudding Mix, making this fruit tart really easy to make. But you can switch it out for your favorite tart fillings. A tart is typically filled with homemade pastry cream.

What Are Typical Tart Fruits?
Today, I used some fresh strawberries and blueberries, but really you can use any of your favorite fruits. Some of my favorites are:

  • Peaches
  • Blackberries
  • Raspberries
  • Kiwis
  • Grapes
  • Apricots
  • Mangos

Can You Make This Air Fryer Fruit Tart Ahead Of Time?
One of the best things about fruit tarts (besides how yummy it is and how easy it is to make) is that you can make them a few days in advance. When you make it, wrap it tightly in saran wrap so no air is exposed, and then place it o the refrigerator. It will last for about 1 to 2 days.

Due to the fruit on top, I would not let it sit in the refrigerator longer than two days, as the fruit will start to wilt.

How Long Can A Fruit Tart Sit Out?
Due to the filling, I would try to keep the time out only for a few hours. Otherwise, the quality will diminish over time.

It is best served cold.

What If My Pie Crust Is Not Fully Cooked?
Since all air fryers are created somewhat differently, it’s vital to thoroughly cook your crust before removing it.

Continue to cook until the bottom is fully cooked. I frequently check my pie crust until eh bottom is thoroughly cooked. If you find that the crust top or edges are getting too browned, you can always add a piece of foil around the crust. Just make sure that the aluminum foil is tightly wrapped around the crust not to hit the heating element, which will be a fire hazard.
