Fall is upon us, and with fall comes everything from back to school to the crisp morning weather. Today, I made my kids a batch of Air Fryer Strawberry Oatmeal. And this was my oldest favorite breakfast this week.
This will prove to be a great breakfast, because you can switch it out with different fruits, to get a different oatmeal every time. Next time, I am going to try cranberry and almonds. That would be a perfect breakfast for the winter.
Healthy Baked Oatmeal
This air fryer-baked oatmeal is loaded with oats, brown sugar, and strawberries. An egg and milk bound it all together. Serve it with a drizzle of melted butter or some maple syrup on top, even some Greek Yogurt, would make a great breakfast.
This is the perfect fall breakfast, and it really is a healthy way to start the day off.
Other Fruits:
While I had strawberries in the house at the time I was making this, you can obviously use other fruits and the air frying time will be about the same.
Fruit fruits would work well, especially as the winter months come upon us. I also love adding some nuts, and different spices.
