AIR FRYER TRIPLE BERRY COBBLER

Advertising

Air Fryer Triple Berry Cobbler–who doesn’t love a great and easy cobbler you can make in the air fryer!

Air Fryer Triple Berry Cobbler — This is one of my favorite desserts in the air fryer. It’s a cross between a crumble and a cake. It is a great air fryer berry cobbler for one great dessert that uses all of my favorite berries, blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries.

This is a great way to use all of the berries on sale and create a great dessert. It is a fruit crisp, which is almost all berries. You can switch out the berries for your favorites. Today I used what I had on hand for a sweet dessert.

So, this is such a fun and old-fashioned dessert, with a few twists, as you made it in the air fryer. Otherwise, this is just like your grandmother made!! Easy and delicious. My favorite is to top it with a healthy scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Can I Use Frozen Berries?
You can even make this dessert in the winter by using frozen fruit. I would not suggest defrosting them as they become too liquidy.

Buy the Frozen Mixed Berries, available at the grocery store, for a more straightforward recipe.

Does Cobbler Have A Bottom Crust?
Traditionally fruit or berry cobblers do not have a bottom crust; instead, their bottom layer is usually fruit.

The toping is usually a biscuit type, but you can also make it more cake-like. The dough is generally scattered among the top rather than scoop on.

What Is The Difference Between a Cobbler and Crisp?
While a cobbler is usually made with fruit on the bottom and biscuit dough scattered on top, a crisp is generally more of a cake texture and preparation.

Can I half This Recipe?
Yes, if you want to divide it into 2, it will work the same. You should be able to get two good-sized portions out of it, depending on how big your ramekins are.

Serving & Storage:
I usually serve mine right out of the air fryer with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. I also make it a family dessert by placing it on the entire tray and handing everyone spoons.

You can store any leftovers in the refrigerator. You can also reheat the bits in the air fryer for a couple of minutes.
