Air Fryer Lasagna Egg Rolls are amazing. They are light, filling, and absolutely delicious and serve with a dipping sauce; this will become one of the favorite things you make in your air fryer.
These are such a hit in my house. I made them several times before actually taking pictures of them. I had some leftover cooked ground sausage, so I added it. It really elevated the traditional egg roll.

Air Fryer Lasagna Egg Rolls
When you think of a Lasagna Egg Roll, you probably picture most of the ingredients in your head.
Made with ricotta cheese, ground (cooked) sausage, marinara sauce, and Italian seasonings, all wrapped in an egg roll, you get pretty close to a traditional Lasagna Recipe.
MORE TIPS FOR THE BEST RESULTS:
- For best results for this recipe, really make sure that your ricotta cheese is cold.
- Mix in all of your favorite toppings. Anything goes with this recipe.
- I spray cooking spray in my basket, so the egg rolls do not stick to the basket. There is nothing worse than egg rolls that stick.
- Do not crowd the basket. Otherwise, they will not cook evenly. An air fryer works by circulating hot air around the basket.
- Make sure that your sausage is fully cooked.
