AIR FRYER LEMON MUG CAKE

  • 8 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 4 teaspoons lemon curd

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, lemon juice, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix in the lemon curd and lemon zest.

  2. Spray your ramekin or mug with cooking spray, and then pour the batter in and set into the air fryer at 350 degrees F. for 6-12 minutes.

  3. Let cool slightly before adding the whipped cream, garnish with some lemon zest.
