AIR FRYER POTATO WEDGES

  • 4 Russet potatoes, washed and dried–cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Optional: Salt, Fresh Herbs, and Shredded Parmesan Cheese For Serving

Instructions

  1. Start by cutting your potatoes into wedge shapes. First, cut each potato in half lengthwise, and then cut again, cut again, until you have 8 wedges, about the same thickness.
  2. Mix the potato wedges, olive oil, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Coating all of the potatoes.
  3. Pour the coated potato wedges into the air fryer basket. Set the temperature to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 10-15 minutes, shake the basket several times during the cooking process.
  4. Before serving, remove the potatoes from the air fryer and toss with cheese, salt, and fresh herbs.
  5. Plate, serve, and enjoy!
