Ingredients
- Lemon Sour Cream Cake:
- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- 2 cups of sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- Optional:
- Frosting, lemon zest, and lemon for decorating.
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar together.
- Add the eggs to the sugar/butter mixture, then mix in the flour, baking powder, salt, zest, honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, and sour cream. Mix well.
- Using non-stick cooking spray, spray an air fryer-safe pan.
- Pour the batter into the sprayed pan.
- Set the temperature to 320 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 12-15 minutes.
- Remove and let cool before frosting.
- Frost, and slice.
- Plate, serve, and enjoy!
