AIR FRYER SOUR CREAM LEMON CAKE

Ingredients

  • Lemon Sour Cream Cake:
    • 1 cup butter, room temperature
    • 2 cups of sugar
    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 2 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 2 teaspoons honey
    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Optional:
    • Frosting, lemon zest, and lemon for decorating.

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar together.
  2. Add the eggs to the sugar/butter mixture, then mix in the flour, baking powder, salt, zest, honey, lemon juice, lemon zest,  and sour cream. Mix well.
  3. Using non-stick cooking spray, spray an air fryer-safe pan.
  4. Pour the batter into the sprayed pan.
  5. Set the temperature to 320 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Remove and let cool before frosting.
  7. Frost, and slice.
  8. Plate, serve, and enjoy!
