Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- olive oil spray
Instructions
- Start by removing all of the visible fat from the chicken.
- Then dip the chicken into the ranch dressing. Being sure to coat both sides.
- Then coat both sides with bread crumbs.
- Place the breasts on an air fryer tray or in the air fryer basket as you coat the chicken. (Both sprayed with olive oil)
- The key to air frying chicken is to coat the bread crumbs with olive oil.
- Set the tray in (or the basket in) and set the temperature to 370 degrees F (air fryer setting) for 7 minutes. After 7 minutes, flip the chicken and air fry for another 7 minutes. Before removing, make sure that the internal temperature of the chicken breast is over 165 degrees.
- Plate, serve and enjoy!
