  • Vegetables:
    • 2 large bell peppers sliced into strips
    • 1 large red onion sliced into strips
    • 1 small white onion sliced into strips
    • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • Fajita Seasoning:
    • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
    • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Start by slicing your pepper and onions, and place them into a large mixing bowl.

  2. Add your olive oil and seasoning mix, and toss to coat.

  3. Add your vegetables to the air fryer basket, set the temperature to 390 degrees F (200 C), and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking your basket frequently during the cooking process.
