Ingredients
- 24 oz frozen yeast dinner rolls
- ¾ cups butter (1½ sticks) divided
- 1 cup granulated white sugar
- 2 ½ ground cinnamon
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup chopped pecans
- Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- Spray a Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Evenly distribute the chopped pecans in the bottom of the pan.
- Melt ½ cup butter (1 stick) in a pan or microwave. Combine granulated sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Add a frozen roll in the bowl of melted butter and cover thoroughly, then coat evenly with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
- Put the coated bread roll in the bottom of a greased Bundt pan and repeat until the pan’s bottom is covered in a single layer of coated rolls.
- Sprinkle with more cinnamon and sugar if desired, then repeat the previous steps with the remaining bread rolls.
- Cover the bundt pan with plastic wrap or a clean kitchen towel and let rise until the rolls have doubled in size. This could take up to four hours.
- When the rolls have risen, top with more cinnamon and sugar if desired. Melt the remaining ¼ cup (half stick) of butter in a pan or microwave and combine with brown sugar and vanilla.
- Pour the butter and brown sugar mixture evenly over the bread.
- Place the pan into the air fryer, and cook for about 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees F, air fryer setting.
- Let cool for 10 minutes, then remove the bread from the Bundt pan and allow to cool on a cooling rack.
- Plate, serve, and enjoy!
