AIR FRYER CORN CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter salted, melted and cooled
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • 2 large eggs room temperature
  • 14.75 ounces sweet corn, cream style
  • 15.25 ounces whole kernel corn drained
  • 8.5 ounces Jiffy Cornbread Mix

Instructions

  1. Mix together the honey, sugar, eggs, cream, and melted butter in a large mixing bowl.

  2. Add the cream corn, drained whole corn, and Jiffy mix and stir until thoroughly combined

  3. Pour the mixture into the baking dish.

  4. Bake, covered in aluminum foil, in the air fryer for 50-55 minutes, until the center is set with just a slight jiggle.

  5. Plate, serve, and enjoy!
