AIR FRYER KENTUCKY KERNEL FRIED CHICKEN

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk or buttermilk
  • 1 pound chicken thighs, breast, wings, legs or drumsticks
  • 1 package Kentucky Kernel Seasoning Mix

Instructions

  1. Add your chicken pieces to a large bowl, cover with milk or buttermilk, and let soak for about 30 minutes.

  2. Pour the seasoning mix into a large Ziploc Bag. Drain the milk (buttermilk) from the chicken, and then dip the chicken into the Kentucky Kernel Seasoning Mix. 

  3. Spray your basket with cooking spray, and then place your covered chicken into the basket. Set the temperature to 370 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 12- 15 minutes, or until the chicken’s internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
