Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
Instructions
- Use your fork to mash the banana.
- Add the mashed banana to a small bowl, and then mix in the vanilla extract, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Divide the batter into ramekins (or make one big one) and set the ramekins into the air fryer basket. Set the temperature to 300 degrees F for 6-9 minutes. Or until they are golden brown.
- Plate, serve, and enjoy!
