AIR FRYER MEATLOAF SANDWICH

Ingredients

  • 1 piece meatloaf
  • 2 pieces sourdough bread
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Olive Oil Spray

Instructions

  1. Start by buttering all sides of your bread.
  2. Heat your meatloaf in either the microwave or air fryer until warm.
  3. Spray your air fryer basket with olive oil.
  4. Place one piece of buttered bread down, and then add your meatloaf, then top with pickles, BBQ sauce, cheese, and top with another piece of buttered bread.
  5. Set into the air fryer and air fry for 5 minutes at 400 degrees F, air fryer setting.
  6. Plate, serve, and enjoy!
