- Scone Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
- Start by mixing the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the butter, egg, milk.
- Mix well.
- Knead in the blueberries.
- Spray your scone mold.
- Add your batter to the mold.
- Place the mold into the air fryer basket.
- Set the temperature for 340 degrees for 12 minutes.
- Meanwhile, make the icing/glaze: In a small bowl, mix the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Mix until it’s well combined.
- Drizzle the icing over the scones.
- Plate, serve, and enjoy!
