Air Fryer Honey Garlic Chicken
The true flavor for this chicken comes from the honey and garlic sauce, which is amazing! If you have been looking for a great sauce, to put on anything from chicken, broccoli, or even rice, this is one of my favorites!

I love a great sauce for any meal, and this sauce really compliments the chicken, very well! And of course, you can not go wrong with garlic roasting up in the Air Fryer! Pretty soon, your entire kitchen will have a delicious odor coming from it.

Chicken Thighs Or Chicken Breasts?
While today, I used chicken thighs, you can easily change this recipe out for boneless, skinless chicken breasts.

Should I cook chicken thighs or breasts for dinner tonight? This is a great question because these two options each have their own merits. Chicken thighs are always cheaper than chicken breast and they taste delicious when cooked with sauce in the air fryer so that all of those juicy flavors seep into every bite of meat.

Chicken thigh tastes amazing paired with this honey garlic sauce, it’s usually less expensive compared to other cuts like boneless skinless chicken breasts.
