Instructions
- Start by cutting your potatoes into wedge shapes. First, cut each potato in half lengthwise, and then cut again, cut again, until you have 8 wedges, about the same thickness.
- Mix the potato wedges, olive oil, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Coating all of the potatoes.
- Pour the coated potato wedges into the air fryer basket. Set the temperature to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 10-15 minutes, shake the basket several times during the cooking process.
- Before serving, remove the potatoes from the air fryer and toss with cheese, salt, and fresh herbs.
- Plate, serve, and enjoy!
