Instructions

First of all, wash the vegetables properly in a Kitchen Colander and then pat them dry.

Now cut them into chunky pieces. Make sure to keep the size of all the vegetables similar in size.

Take a mixing bowl and add vegetables to it. Toss them with Olive Oil, Italian Seasoning, Salt & Black Pepper.

Preheat the Air fryer to 380*F and then add the vegetables to it in a single layer. If you have a small air fryer, then you might have to do it in 2 batches.

Air fry for about 5-6 minutes. Then stir the vegetables with Kitchen Tongs for even cooking. Cook for 4-5 more minutes till the vegetables cook and caramelize.

You may later sprinkle these with some parmesan cheese or even drizzle them with some balsamic vinegar to enhance the flavors.

Serve these warm.
Air Fryer Lid Instructions

You will roast these vegetables in the air fryer lid as is following the air fryer instructions.
Oven Baking Instructions

Preheat the oven at 400*F. You will prep the vegetables as instructed above for air fryer.

Then you will bake these in a baking sheet at 400*F for about 25-30 minutes till crisp and done.
