Frozen Steak Fries

  • For frozen steak fries, arrange the fries in the basket, without stacking or overlapping.
  • Cook the fries at 400 degrees F for 12 minutes. Shake the basket halfway through cooking. Depending on the air fryer, the actual cooking time may vary. 

Homemade Steak Fries

  • Peel, rinse, and cut 4 medium Russet Potatoes into straight strips.
  • In a large bowl, soak the potato strips in cold water, for about 30 minutes. Drain, and pat the fries dry.
  • Toss the fries in 1-2 tbsp of olive oil, and then season with salt, or other desired seasonings.
  • Cook at 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until golden and crispy. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
