Instructions
- Clean mushrooms to remove loose dirt, and then pat dry with a paper towel or clean kitchen towel.
- Using three shallow bowls, fill one with bread crumbs, paprika, salt and pepper. Stir seasonings with bread crumbs to combine. Fill 2nd bowl with flour, Β and the 3rd bowl with the beaten eggs.
- Dredge mushrooms in flour to coat, shaking off excess flour. Next, dip into the whisked egg mixture, and finally into the bread crumb mixture, giving it a light coating. Gently tap off excess crumbs.
- Place the battered mushrooms into the lightly sprayed Air Fryer basket. You can also line the basket with parchment paper for easy clean up of excess batter.
- Cook mushrooms using Air Fry at 380ΒΊF for 8-10 minutes, turning the mushrooms halfway through cooking process until golden brown.
