Ingredients
- Butternut squash. Peeled, de-seeded, and cut into a french-fry shape.
- 2 Tablespoons Olive oil (avocado oil) or spray oil
- Seasoning: 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon mixed herb seasoning. I use the Organic Veggie blend to season my butternut squash and Roast Vegetables and Fries Spice Blend.
- Avocado oil spray.
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh chopped parsley (optional)
- Balsamic Glaze (Optional). Or you can make your own homemade Balsamic Glaze (Balsamic reduction) in 20 minutes.
