AIR FRYER PEACH GLAZED CHICKEN

Instructions

  1. Using a paper towel, pat each chicken breast dry. Place in a large Ziploc bag, then add the Italian dressing. Chill, and allow the chicken to marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket, and air fry at 380 degrees F, on each side for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Brush each piece of chicken, on top and bottom, with the peach preserves. Cook at 380 degrees F for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately.

NOTES

  • Substitute Fat- free Italian dressing, and sugar-free peach preserves to make this meal just 1 point!
