Blueberry Biscuits:

- 4 tablespoons vegetable shortening (or butter)

- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup fresh blueberries (Washed & Dried)
Icing:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–4 tablespoons milk
