  • 2 medium extra ripe plantains the skin should be black

Instructions

  1. Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
  2. Cut the ends off the plantain then using a sharp pairing knife, cut a slit along the length to peel.
  3. Remove the skin carefully and transfer it to the air fryer basket.
  4. Spray with more oil on top and air fryer at 370F for about 8 minutes on each side, until tender.
  5. Then slice them and enjoy.
