  1. Prepare the Corn: Drain the whole kernel corn and discard the liquid.
  2. Mix the Batter: In a bowl, beat eggs with salt and pepper until well combined. Add flour and baking powder, whisking until a smooth batter forms.
  3. Add Corn and Cheese: Stir in the drained corn and shredded cheese until evenly mixed.
  4. Pre heat the air fryer: turn on the air fryer at 350F for 3 mins and put some olive oil in it.
  5. Air fryer the Fritters: Drop spoonfuls of the corn mixture into the air fryer. Cook until golden brown on one side, then flip and cook the other side until golden and crispy.
  6. Drain and Serve: Remove the cooked fritters and Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
