Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer:
- Preheat your air fryer to 325°F (160°C).
- Prepare the Batter:
- In a medium bowl, combine the brown sugar, flour, and chopped pecans.
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened butter and eggs together until smooth.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Prepare the Muffin Cups:
- Generously grease silicone muffin cups or small oven-safe ramekins with non-stick spray or butter.
- Fill the Muffin Cups:
- Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Air Fry the Muffins:
- Place the muffin cups in the air fryer basket, ensuring they have enough space for air circulation.
- Air fry at 325°F (160°C) for 10-12 minutes for mini muffins or 13-15 minutes for regular-sized muffins.
- Cool and Serve:
- Once done, let the muffins cool slightly in the air fryer before using a knife to gently release them from the cups.
