Instructions
- Preheat Air Fryer:
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 2 minutes. - Prepare the Bread:
- Spread 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt on each slice of bread.
- On one slice, add a layer of jam over the yogurt.
- On the other slice, top the yogurt with sliced bananas.
- Air Fry the Toast:
Place the prepared slices in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 4-5 minutes or until the edges of the bread are golden and crispy. - Garnish and Serve:
- Sprinkle hemp or chia seeds on both toasts.
- Drizzle a little honey over the banana toast if desired.
