Step 1: Prepare the Mixture
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stir well until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Step 2: Shape the Chips
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper.
- Using a spoon, drop heaping tablespoons of the mixture onto the parchment paper, spacing them apart.
- Lightly flatten each mound into a small disc.
Step 3: Air Fry the Chips
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown and crispy.
- Check at 6 minutes and adjust the cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Let them cool slightly before removing from the basket.
Step 4: Serve & Enjoy
- Serve warm with your favorite dip or enjoy them on their own as a crunchy snack!
