Step 1: Prepare the Mixture
  1. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Step 2: Shape the Chips
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper.
  3. Using a spoon, drop heaping tablespoons of the mixture onto the parchment paper, spacing them apart.
