Step 1: Prepare the Crust
- Preheat your air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into an air fryer-safe baking dish.
- Air fry for 5 minutes to set the crust.
Step 2: Make the Filling
- In a bowl, whisk together cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, egg, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Step 3: Air Fry the Bars
- Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Air fry at 160°C (320°F) for 10–13 minutes, until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Let cool completely before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.
Step 4: Serve & Enjoy
- Slice into bars and serve chilled.
