Step 1: Prepare the Batter
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix sweet potato, almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Step 2: Air Fry the Brownies
  1. Grease a small baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Pour the batter into the dish and smooth the top.
  3. Air fry for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Step 3: Cool & Enjoy
  1. Let the brownies cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
  2. Enjoy warm or chilled for a fudgier texture!
