Step 1: Prepare the Batter
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
Step 2: Air Fry the Cupcakes
- Preheat your air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
- Fill silicone cupcake liners ¾ full with batter.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cupcakes cool completely.
Step 3: Fill with Custard
- Use a piping bag to inject vanilla custard into the center of each cupcake.
Step 4: Make the Chocolate Glaze
- Melt chocolate chips with heavy cream until smooth.
- Spoon glaze over each cupcake.
Step 5: Serve & Enjoy
- Allow the glaze to set, then enjoy your homemade Boston Cream Pie Cupcakes!
