Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Batter
  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
  3. Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
Step 2: Air Fry the Cupcakes
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
  2. Fill silicone cupcake liners ¾ full with batter.
  3. Air fry for 10–12 minutes until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  4. Let cupcakes cool completely.
Step 3: Fill with Custard
  1. Use a piping bag to inject vanilla custard into the center of each cupcake.
Step 4: Make the Chocolate Glaze
  1. Melt chocolate chips with heavy cream until smooth.
  2. Spoon glaze over each cupcake.
Step 5: Serve & Enjoy
