Step 1: Arrange the Pecans
- Preheat your air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
- Arrange pecan halves in small clusters (3–4 pecans per cluster) on a parchment-lined air fryer tray.
Step 2: Melt the Caramel
- Place one caramel candy on top of each pecan cluster.
- Air fry for 3–4 minutes until the caramel melts slightly.
Step 3: Add the Chocolate
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Spoon melted chocolate over each cluster, covering the caramel.
Step 4: Set & Serve
- Sprinkle sea salt if desired.
- Let cool at room temperature or refrigerate for 15 minutes until firm.
