Step 1: Air Fry the Bologna
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Lightly brush the bologna slices with olive oil.
  3. Place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 3–5 minutes, flipping halfway, until slightly crispy.
Step 2: Prepare the Salad
  1. Chop the air-fried bologna into small pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, pickle relish, chopped onion, and boiled egg.
  3. Stir in the chopped bologna and mix well.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika if using.
Step 3: Serve & Enjoy
  1. Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes for the flavors to meld.
  2. Serve on crackers, toast, or as a sandwich filling.
