Step 1: Air Fry the Bologna
- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Lightly brush the bologna slices with olive oil.
- Place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 3–5 minutes, flipping halfway, until slightly crispy.
Step 2: Prepare the Salad
- Chop the air-fried bologna into small pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, pickle relish, chopped onion, and boiled egg.
- Stir in the chopped bologna and mix well.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika if using.
Step 3: Serve & Enjoy
- Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes for the flavors to meld.
- Serve on crackers, toast, or as a sandwich filling.
