Step 1: Prepare the Filling
- In a bowl, mix the corn, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, cilantro, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Step 2: Assemble the Appetizers
- Cut the tortillas into quarters.
- Spoon a small amount of the filling onto each piece.
- Fold or roll the tortillas to enclose the filling and secure with a toothpick if needed.
Step 3: Air Fry
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Brush the tortilla pieces lightly with butter or olive oil.
- Place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
Step 4: Serve & Enjoy
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
- Enjoy with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.
