Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, toss cauliflower florets and chickpeas with olive oil, honey, curry powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 2: Air Fry the Cauliflower & Chickpeas
  1. Spread the cauliflower and chickpeas in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Step 3: Grill the Halloumi
  1. While the cauliflower and chickpeas are cooking, heat a grill pan or a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  2. Grill the halloumi slices for 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown.
Step 4: Serve & Enjoy
  1. Plate the roasted cauliflower and chickpeas.
  2. Top with grilled halloumi and garnish with fresh parsley.
  3. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
