Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Base
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
  2. In an air fryer-safe baking dish, melt butter and brown sugar for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally until smooth.
Step 2: Add the Milk
  1. Slowly stir in the milk and cook for another 2 minutes until fully combined.
  2. Remove from the air fryer and let it cool slightly.
Step 3: Mix & Set
  1. Whisk in the vanilla extract.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, stirring until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the chopped pecans if using.
  4. Pour into a lined square dish and spread evenly.
Step 4: Chill & Serve
  1. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
  2. Cut into squares and enjoy!
