Step 1: Prepare the Base
- Preheat your air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
- In an air fryer-safe baking dish, melt butter and brown sugar for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally until smooth.
Step 2: Add the Milk
- Slowly stir in the milk and cook for another 2 minutes until fully combined.
- Remove from the air fryer and let it cool slightly.
Step 3: Mix & Set
- Whisk in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar, stirring until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the chopped pecans if using.
- Pour into a lined square dish and spread evenly.
Step 4: Chill & Serve
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
