Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Filling
  1. In a bowl, mix the chopped spinach, feta cheese, egg, garlic, oregano, black pepper, and salt.
Step 2: Assemble the Tart
  1. Brush one sheet of phyllo pastry with olive oil or melted butter, then layer another sheet on top. Repeat with all sheets.
  2. Place the spinach and feta mixture in the center of the pastry stack.
  3. Fold the edges over to create a tart shape.
Step 3: Air Fry
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Carefully place the tart in the air fryer basket.
  3. Brush the top with more olive oil and sprinkle sesame seeds if using.
  4. Cook for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Step 4: Serve & Enjoy
  1. Let the tart cool slightly before slicing.
  2. Serve warm with a side of fresh salad or yogurt dip.
