Step 1: Prepare the Filling
- In a bowl, mix the chopped spinach, feta cheese, egg, garlic, oregano, black pepper, and salt.
Step 2: Assemble the Tart
- Brush one sheet of phyllo pastry with olive oil or melted butter, then layer another sheet on top. Repeat with all sheets.
- Place the spinach and feta mixture in the center of the pastry stack.
- Fold the edges over to create a tart shape.
Step 3: Air Fry
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Carefully place the tart in the air fryer basket.
- Brush the top with more olive oil and sprinkle sesame seeds if using.
- Cook for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Step 4: Serve & Enjoy
- Let the tart cool slightly before slicing.
- Serve warm with a side of fresh salad or yogurt dip.
