Step 1: Prepare the Mixture
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
Step 2: Air Fry
- Preheat the air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
- Grease a small baking dish or ramekins suitable for the air fryer.
- Pour the egg mixture into the dish and place it in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15–18 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.
Step 3: Serve & Enjoy
- Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with chopped chives and serve warm.
