Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
- In a bowl, toss the broccoli and mushrooms with olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Step 2: Air Fry
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Place the veggies in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until the broccoli is slightly crispy and mushrooms are tender.
Step 3: Serve & Enjoy
- Drizzle with sesame oil (if using) and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately as a side dish or over rice.
