Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Mixture
  1. In a large bowl, mix together hash browns, shredded cheese, sour cream, melted butter, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Step 2: Air Fry
  1. Grease an air fryer-safe baking dish.
  2. Transfer the mixture to the dish and spread evenly.
  3. In a small bowl, mix crushed cornflakes (or breadcrumbs) with melted butter, then sprinkle on top.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  5. Air fry for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
