Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Mixture
- In a large bowl, mix together hash browns, shredded cheese, sour cream, melted butter, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Step 2: Air Fry
- Grease an air fryer-safe baking dish.
- Transfer the mixture to the dish and spread evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix crushed cornflakes (or breadcrumbs) with melted butter, then sprinkle on top.
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Air fry for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
Step 3: Serve & Enjoy
- Let the casserole cool slightly before serving.
- Enjoy warm as a side dish or a main meal.
