Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Crust
  1. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini tart molds or cupcake liners.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
Step 2: Make the Filling
  1. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  2. Fold in the mashed banana and vanilla pudding until well combined.
Step 3: Assemble & Chill
  1. Spoon the banana cream filling into the chilled crusts.
  2. Top with banana slices and extra whipped cream.
  3. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
  4. Garnish with chocolate shavings if desired.
