Step 1: Prepare the Crust
- In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of mini tart molds or cupcake liners.
- Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
Step 2: Make the Filling
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Fold in the mashed banana and vanilla pudding until well combined.
Step 3: Assemble & Chill
- Spoon the banana cream filling into the chilled crusts.
- Top with banana slices and extra whipped cream.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings if desired.
