Step 1: Prepare the Batter
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- In another bowl, beat the egg, then mix in milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries.
Step 2: Air Fry
- Preheat the air fryer to 170°C (340°F).
- Grease a donut mold that fits in your air fryer.
- Fill the molds halfway with the batter.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let the donuts cool before glazing.
Step 3: Make the White Chocolate Glaze
- In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until warm (not boiling).
- Pour over the white chocolate chips and stir until smooth.
- Dip each cooled donut into the glaze.
- Let set for a few minutes before serving.
