Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 175°C (350°F).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Prepare the sausage gravy according to the package instructions.
Step 2: Assemble the Casserole
  1. Grease an air fryer-safe baking dish.
  2. Cut the biscuits into quarters and layer them at the bottom.
  3. Top with hashbrowns, cooked sausage, and shredded cheese.
  4. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the casserole.
Step 3: Air Fry
  1. Cover the dish with foil and air fry for 15 minutes.
  2. Remove the foil and continue air frying for another 10–15 minutes, until the biscuits are golden and the eggs are set.
  3. Drizzle with sausage gravy before serving.
