Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
- Preheat the air fryer to 175°C (350°F).
- In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Prepare the sausage gravy according to the package instructions.
Step 2: Assemble the Casserole
- Grease an air fryer-safe baking dish.
- Cut the biscuits into quarters and layer them at the bottom.
- Top with hashbrowns, cooked sausage, and shredded cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the casserole.
Step 3: Air Fry
- Cover the dish with foil and air fry for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue air frying for another 10–15 minutes, until the biscuits are golden and the eggs are set.
- Drizzle with sausage gravy before serving.
