Step 1: Prepare the Dough
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, banana pudding mix, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Mix in the egg and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in white chocolate chips and crushed vanilla wafers.
Step 2: Air Fry
- Preheat the air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
- Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper.
- Scoop dough into 1-inch balls and place them in the basket, leaving space between each.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, until golden brown.
- Let cookies cool on a wire rack.
