Instructions

Step 1: Make the Cookie Dough
  1. In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Mix in the egg and vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
  5. Fold in crushed mini chocolate eggs.
Step 2: Air Fry
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
  2. Press the dough into a parchment-lined air fryer pan.
  3. Air fry for 15–18 minutes or until edges are golden and center is set.
  4. Let cool completely before frosting.
Step 3: Prepare the Frosting & Decorate
  1. Beat butter until creamy, then mix in powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla.
  2. Add food coloring if desired.
  3. Spread frosting over the cooled cookie bars.
  4. Top with extra mini chocolate eggs.
  5. Slice into bars and serve!
