Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Mixture
  1. In a bowl, mix crushed Butterfinger bars, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
Step 2: Chill
  1. Refrigerate the balls for at least 30 minutes until firm.
Step 3: Coat in Chocolate
  1. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
  2. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, coating completely.
  3. Place back on the parchment-lined tray and let the chocolate set.
Step 4: Serve & Store
  1. Let the chocolate harden at room temperature or in the fridge.
  2. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container for up to a week.
