Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Batter
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Mix in vanilla extract and milk.
  5. Gently fold in the dry ingredients until just combined.
Step 2: Bake the Cake
  1. Line an air fryer-safe baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Pour the batter evenly and smooth the top.
  3. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, until the cake is set.
  4. Remove from the air fryer and immediately dust with powdered sugar.
Step 3: Roll & Decorate
  1. While warm, roll the cake gently with parchment paper and let it cool.
  2. Once cooled, unroll and spread whipped cream or frosting evenly.
  3. Re-roll carefully and chill for 10 minutes to set.
  4. Decorate with pastel sprinkles and serve.
