Step 1: Prepare the Batter
- Preheat the air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in vanilla extract and milk.
- Gently fold in the dry ingredients until just combined.
Step 2: Bake the Cake
- Line an air fryer-safe baking pan with parchment paper.
- Pour the batter evenly and smooth the top.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, until the cake is set.
- Remove from the air fryer and immediately dust with powdered sugar.
Step 3: Roll & Decorate
- While warm, roll the cake gently with parchment paper and let it cool.
- Once cooled, unroll and spread whipped cream or frosting evenly.
- Re-roll carefully and chill for 10 minutes to set.
- Decorate with pastel sprinkles and serve.
