Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Spaghetti
  1. Boil spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Taco Meat
  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
  2. Add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes with green chilies, tomato sauce, and water. Stir well.
  3. Simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Step 3: Air Fry
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Mix cooked spaghetti with the taco meat mixture.
  3. Transfer to an air fryer-safe baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Air fry for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 4: Serve
  1. Garnish with fresh cilantro and a dollop of sour cream if desired.
  2. Serve warm and enjoy!
