Step 1: Cook the Spaghetti
- Boil spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Taco Meat
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes with green chilies, tomato sauce, and water. Stir well.
- Simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Step 3: Air Fry
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix cooked spaghetti with the taco meat mixture.
- Transfer to an air fryer-safe baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 4: Serve
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and a dollop of sour cream if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
